Crocuses, Cats, and a Website in Full Bloom
In a delightful twist of fate, it seems that my patch of crocuses and the launch of my new website have synchronized perfectly—both emerging from a cozy retreat beneath the warm embrace of our dryer vent! While the crocuses bravely push their vibrant heads through the soil, our feral cats lounge lazily above them, soaking up the sun and perhaps plotting their next mischief. It all made perfect sense to me.
Each spring, as I watch these cheerful blooms break free from their winter slumber, I find myself inspired to sketch their beauty. Their arrival serves as a charming metaphor for my own creative journey—just as they courageously emerge into the world, so too does my new website, ready to showcase my artistic endeavors.
