1 lb. raw tail-on shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1 lime, cut in wedges
Place a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Pat shrimp dry.
Add butter to skillet to melt, then sitr in honey, Sriracha, and minced garlic.
When mixture is bubbling, add shrimp to pan in a single layer. Cook for 2 minutes and then turn to the other side and cook an additional 1-2 minutes until the shrimp are browned and caramelized.
Remove from skillet and spoon sauce over shrimp.
Sprinkle with cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
Serves 2-3 for dinner
Pair with a grain of your choice. Jasmine rice is a good base for the sweet + spicy sauce. OR perfect for shrimp tacos. Enjoy!
